opportunities, negotiating deal terms to managing
large scale engagements in the design, development and
deployment of enterprise-wide applications for Fortune

Pankaj Patel currently heads the
US operations of Medisoft Telemedicine Pvt Ltd with
a deep understanding of New Product Introduction,
Product Quality and Reliability, Design and Supply
Chain integration of healthcare IT products. He has
been instrumental in realization of the current line
of company's telemedicine products as well as
envisioning the future line of products through
indepth analysis of healthcare industry needs. Prior
to this, Pankaj served as an industry consultant
to several healthcare and standards setting
organizations including US Pharmacopeia and GE
Healthcare, to implement Quality Framework and FDA
compliance, establish lean business processes and
streamline enterprise risk management initiatives
through RCA and six sigma methodologies. Patel
possesses a deep hands-on experience with design and
implementation of enterprise wide ERP and CRM
technologies used in the healthcare and
pharmaceutical industry. He had pioneered onsite and
offshore models to instill efficiency and
affordability in existing delivery models.

science from Gujarat University in India and is a
